Day 9 – March 9th 2013
As you may have noticed, if you are following this competition daily, there is something of a comedy-theme running through many of the questions. A cynic would suggest that we are simply using the superior interest-level that comedy provides to make stationery seem more interesting. That would be an outrageous slur as stationery is, as we all secretly know, actually quite exciting, tempting, alluring and just a bit addictive. So today’s question is comedy-based and stationery based, and if you know the answer then you might also know the slight Camden-Town-link as well.
Q: Name any item to be found in Stationery Village. (clue – stationery village appeared in a comedy show sometime during the past 10 years)
A: Paperclip tray (or castle), Blue-tac garden or sellotape tree (the stickier the tape, the higher the branch)
PLEASE DON’T ENTER THIS PRIZE. THE COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED AND HAS BEEN POSTED HERE AS AN ARCHIVE ONLY.
